Sarah Rudofsky is a visionary leader in education and workforce development, dedicated to bridging the gap between classroom learning and career readiness. As the Founder and Lead of Consulting and Project Management at Alliance Learning Design, LLC., she pioneers initiatives that align education, lifelong learning, and workforce needs to create a more equitable and dynamic economy.With over 27 years of experience in education, Sarah has designed and led workforce development programs that recruit, train, and retain a diverse talent pipeline. Her expertise spans curriculum design, instructor training, and program evaluation, with a strong emphasis on adult learning and career pathway creation. She has also secured significant grant funding to support workforce initiatives and advance Career and Technical Education (CTE) teacher development.Previously, as Executive Director of Early College and Career Education at Chicago Public Schools, Sarah established groundbreaking partnerships with postsecondary institutions and over 2,000 business partners, creating 15,000+ work-based learning opportunities for students. In her role as Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Workforce Development, she led the development of 35 career pathways, strengthening business-education collaborations and expanding access to career-aligned learning.Before her work in Chicago, Sarah played a key role at Action Learning Systems, supporting underperforming school districts across California through coaching and data-driven instructional strategies. She began her career as a classroom teacher and department chair in Los Angeles Unified School District, where she integrated innovative teaching methodologies for diverse student populations.Sarah holds advanced degrees from USC, UCLA, and Occidental College, along with a California Teaching License certification. Her unwavering commitment to career-connected learning and workforce development continues to shape the future of CTE, economic mobility, and industry-education partnerships
