About me
As Senior Manager of Work-Based Learning, Stephanie focuses on providing training, resources, and support (especially related to WBL tracking tools) for educators, students, and other members of the NAF Network. After majoring in chemistry at San Diego State University and then earning her Master's degree, Stephanie worked as a senior research associate for a small biotechnology company exploring the synthesis of small molecules, formulating synthetic processes for replication, and documenting data for future use. At night, she taught chemistry part-time, which later evolved into a full-time job as an adjunct professor at multiple community colleges. As an educator, Stephanie seeks to instill students with practical and useful skills they can apply in the workforce. Her position at NAF enables her to merge her background in science, education, and passion for student success to help better prepare students for their college and career goals. As Senior Manager of Work-Based Learning, Stephanie focuses on providing training, resources, and support (especially related to WBL tracking tools) for educators, students, and other members of the NAF Network.
