About me
Monica Schultz is a lifelong champion of youth empowerment and workforce development. She has dedicated nearly three decades to helping young people discover their passions, build confidence, and access the tools they need to thrive in an ever-changing world of work.As Senior Manager of Career Navigation Services at Denver Public Schools (DPS), Monica has been instrumental in shaping the future of career-connected learning at DPS, playing a leading role in the design of four of the district’s eight work-based learning programs. Through initiatives spanning career exploration, mentoring, internships, early work experiences, and apprenticeships, she has created opportunities for thousands of students—especially those who face barriers to opportunity—to envision and pursue meaningful futures.
