Dr. Jennifer Thomas is the Associate Director for Workforce Grants at Clark University, where she leads and manages major Information Technology Department of Labor grants aimed at advancing workforce development initiatives. With an extensive background in education and administration, Dr. Thomas has served in a variety of roles including Guidance Counselor, Adjunct Professor, Associate Registrar, consultant, and Director of Human Resources and Operations. Her passion centers on bridging the gap between education and workforce development, always placing human connection and compassion at the core of her work.Dr. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Medaille College, a Master’s in Counseling and Human Services from Canisius College, and a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration and Policy from the University of Florida. Beyond her work in higher education, she is actively engaged in leadership development consulting and motivational speaking, sharing her expertise with organizations ranging from non-profits to large corporations. In her spare time, Dr. Thomas is committed to personal growth and giving back to her community, encouraging others to realize their potential and promoting kindness and compassion in every aspect of life.
