Bridgett Willey PhD, RT(R), RDMS, RDCS, RVT, FSDMS serves as the founder and Director for Allied Health Education and Career Pathways at the University of Wisconsin (UW) Health system in Madison, Wisconsin, and as adjunct clinical faculty at the UW-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health. She is the founder of the Health Occupations and Professions Exploration (HOPE) program that supports high school and college students in exploring careers in healthcare. Dr. Willey has designed and implemented an array of youth, registered apprenticeship, and traditional education programs at UW Health, which support filling critical, front-line, healthcare workforce needs, including the first Registered Nursing and Respiratory Therapy registered apprenticeship programs in the U.S. to award a college degree and transferrable credentials. She is considered a national expert on education, workforce and apprenticeship and has extensive experience presenting on her work and programs, in a variety of settings to diverse audiences.
