Through our app Compass, schools manage work-based learning (applications, agreements, job shadowing), access a regional employer database, and guide students in career exploration and personalized learning plans. Students discover careers, employers, and college programs aligned with their skills. Employers share company and career info with schools and students, and highlight their college partnerships. Colleges showcase their programs, amenities, and employer connections to help students make informed choices.
