After years of working in nonprofit marketing and management, Madison has transitioned into the role of Partnership Manager, supporting the New Hampshire work-based learning network through Xello. By building connections with business partners across the state, Madi helps organizations engage with high school students through meaningful opportunities such as internships, job shadowing, career fair participation, and part-time roles aligned with career pathways.
Outside of work, Madi enjoys spending time on the lakes of New Hampshire or relaxing by the woodstove during the colder months with a good book and her trusty companion, Rita.
