Crystal Everett brings nearly 15 years of experience in education and community engagement. As the Program Leader for the Kauffman Foundation, Crystal is deeply committed to advancing opportunities for local communities, with a focus on access and real world learning. In her previous role as the Real World Learning Manager for Kansas City Public Schools, she was instrumental in bridging classroom learning with practical, hands-on experiences.
